Our Humane Education Program:
1. provides a full-time Humane Education Coordinator, assisted by a certified Pet Therapy Dog.
2. provides over 300 programs each year in area schools.
3. has speakers available for private and civic organizations on a wide variety of humane topics.
4. has reference materials and an in-depth resource library available to the public.
5. has made Humane Education materials available to many area classrooms and continues to integrate new materials into all classes.
6. believes that teaching kindness and respect towards animals instills a love of all life.
7. all programs are free of charge.
Critter Club
What is Critter Club? A cool club for kids from 6 to 12 years of age who love animals. Critter Club was designed for kids who aren’t old enough yet to work directly with the animals. This is your chance to learn about the Coulee Region Humane Society (CRHS) while helping animals. You can complete projects that help CRHS help animals within your community.
