Bogey!

Bogart with his "family"Meet Bogart (again)!  He is still here patiently waiting for his forever family to take him home!  He currently lives in a staff members’ office and he loves to keep everyone company, please ask to see him at the front desk.

He is truly a GREAT cat!  He loves to get attention, loves playing, and he is a constant companion.  He will help you type on you computer, make phone calls, and will keep your lap warm on cold winter nights.  Bogey (as we call him) LOVES to climb and be on top of tall towers and observe the world.  He also enjoys looking out the window at the birdfeeder.

He is so fun to have around but we can’t wait to see him in a home of hisMr. Bogey! very own!  Bogart is looking for a family where he can be the “king”; he would best be suited for a home without other pets (please discuss this with the staff when you visit).

Please check Bogart out today!

Titan!!

Do you love goofy, handsome, and happy dogs?  Meet Titan!  He is an amazing pit bull mix that needs a chance to show the world how great he can be!

We know what some of you are thinking… a pit bull?  Well, take it from us; Titan is a great example of a loving, people pleasing, friendly pittie boy!  If you have questions about pit bull or pit bull mixes you should really check out this website:

 www.badrap.org

Titan LOVES people, and while he doesn’t mind being here at the shelter he can’t wait to have his very own family.  He would be a great companion to a family with other pets or children.  He is a wiggly and lovey boy who wouldn’t mind cuddling on the couch one minute and a nice long jog the next!

At the Coulee Region Humane Society we do have special requirements for our “bully breeds”, you can find them here:  Bully Breed Requirements

If you think you have the right kind of home for Titan you should come check him out today!  He is waiting for you.

Adopt a Guinea Pig Month

As a little update, Borgart is still here and still looking for a forever family of his very own.  Please continue to spread the word and hopefully he will be cozy in a new home for Spring.

Linen and TazMarch is Adopt a Rescued Guinea Pig Month!!  Let's celebrate by finding wonderful homes for the four guinea pigs currently residing at CRHS.  We have two bonded males named Linen and Taz.  They are great little boys that need to find a home together.  They would make wonderful companions for any family, including a family with children!

Our third guinea pig came in by himself and his name is Ming Ming!  He is another great piggy that needs a home.  Guinea pigs need daily time outside of their cage and daily fresh veggies and hay.    Ming Ming

Our fourth little piggy is a little girl named Rosie!  She is a sweet little girl that is under 1 year of age.  She can't wait to find a family to love and cuddle her.

Love Connection

Checking my many voicemails.Hello my name is Bogart and I am a high power executive seeking a long term committed relationship.  I amReal men wear pink! handsome and athletic (I can jump right on top of a tall file cabinet with ease).  I have a variety of interests that include nature watching, playing, and just hanging out.

I don’t mind it if you are needy (I love attention too).  I don’t mind your shape or size (black in a very slimming color, I can just stand next to you if you are concerned).  I don’t mind your career or income (I am an office manager, I am very important).  In fact, I don’t mind much, all I want is someone to share my life with.  I like dogs but prefer not to live with I enjoy nature watching through my window.cats.  Children are ok too.

If you think you would be the right match for me call 781-4014 and one of my many secretaries will answers your questions or let you know when my busy schedule permits visitors.

Let's make a love connection today!

December 16th--Bunnies, Boomer and Bogart!

Good news!!  George and Wes found two wonderful homes!  We are so happy to see them finally find places to call home.

Friday also found a great home!  We are so happy to see these long term friends find families.

We have lots of great cats, dogs, and small critters looking for a place to live.

Do you love cats?  Bogart is a wonderful boy who could make you very happy!  Bogart would thrive as an only cat (as long as you give him lots of cuddles and attention).  He enjoys being around people, he even will help you type on the computer or file important papers, he is very helpful indeed!

He is a lovely black cat that has been at the shelter since July 5th!!!  He would be so happy to finally find a nice cozy place to call all his own!  Please come visit him today, he needs you!

Meet Patches!  He is a great little male rabbit that is looking for a nice safe indoor home.  He came in as a surrender because he wasn't learning litter box skills.  We have had him neutered and we predict that this will help him use his box more.  He needs a family that will be able to spend time with him.  While he is a great rabbit we don't recommend he be a "child's pet".  Rabbits make great family pets but can often be slightly more work than a young child can handle.  We highly recommend you read more about house rabbits on this website:  www.rabbit.org .

He will make a great companion for your home!!  We have lots of other rabbits available as well so if you love rabbits stop by the shelter today.

Boomer is a 5 and a half year old neutered boy that was surrendered to the shelter because his family could no longer afford his care.  He is a very handsome German Shepherd, Shar Pei mix.  He is a great dog with an amazing personality, that would thrive in a home with children older than 6 years of age.  He is an easy going guy that can't wait to find a forever home!

Come check out all our great companion animals, and don't forget to spread the word about adoption!
