  • Experience with and how well do they interact with children: He came from a family that had kids, but I don't know how he did with them. He has seemed friendly when I have had older kids (8+) over.

  • Experience with and how well do they interact with cats: Vinnie does not do well with other cats. I think he would do better in a home that has no other cats.

  • Experience and how well do they interact with dogs: I have a 25-pound dog that he does well with. He has been around bigger dogs and did not like them, but they were not respectful of his space. I think might be ok with a lowkey dog.

  • Things need to work on: He does occasionally have litterbox accidents. I think that has more to do with not liking the other cat in the home.

  • Favorite activities: Napping, playing with a stick toy, cuddling on the bed with me.

  • Favorite treats and/or toys: Stick toys, Greenies, Temptations, Churu sticks.

  • Unique personality traits: Vinnie is a bit of a grumpy old man. He has clear boundaries of things he likes and doesn't. He doesn't like to be brushed or handled/picked up too much. He does like to play, would like to explore outside if he had a fenced area to do so.

  • Ideal home: ): I think Vinnie would do best in a single-animal home that is calmer and lowkey. He is very affectionate and cuddly but doesn't like the other animals in the home. As long as people give him his space and allow him to come to them, he will be a great companion.
