  • Experience with and how well do they interact with children: Togo has lived with kids from newborn to adulthood. She LOVES kids, cuddles them, gives kisses and protects them.

  • Experience with and how well do they interact with cats: Togo has lived with cats since she was 8 weeks old. While she can be a little much for them at times when she's in full husky mode she does great with them. She cannot be fed with cats out though!

  • Experience and how well do they interact with dogs: Togo has lived with dogs her whole life. She's great with one of the females in the current home, did great with the senior dog who's now passed and can coexist great for months with the other 2 senior dogs but, she'll snap out of nowhere. There are no triggers, no warnings. She should not live with another dog.

  • Things need to work on: Anxiety ( she CANNOT have fluoxetine) , leash walking. She is not crate trained.

  • Favorite activities: Togo loves hanging out with the kids, and laying outside. She's pretty lazy for a husky and also enjoys hogging one of the living room chairs as her own.

  • Favorite treats and/or toys: Pig ears, freeze dried chicken and stuffed animals.

  • Unique personality traits: Togo has a funny way of sitting. From incorrect training, she now sits, lays down and shakes before she'll do a full sit. She howls when she hears kids crying and if you tell her to "get the mama" she'll give hugs. She will also put her head on your lap and beg for food. Togo is VERY food motivated.

  • Ideal home: A home with kids, or even cats. She'd love a home where she can get more outside time and be totally spoiled. She does well with everyone she meets, she just cannot live with dogs due to unpredictability with them.
