Hi, i’m Fluffy!

  • Experience with and how well do they interact with children: Fluffy was a stray before I took him in, and I have never had children around him so I am unsure how he does with younger kids. But he is a very friendly guy and likes being pet so I believe he would do well with any child old enough to know how to handle animals.

  • Experience with and how well do they interact with cats: I have kept Fluffy in my house with my other cat for around two years at this point. My other cat isn't a big fan of other cats, but while she has hissed at Fluffy many times, he has never hissed back or started a fight with my other cat. This leads me to think that he would get along just fine with other cats.

  • Experience and how well do they interact with dogs: I have never had Fluffy in the same household as a dog so I am unsure how he would interact with dogs of a larger size.

  • Things need to work on:  From what I have seen in Fluffy there is not much he needs to work on. There were times that he would poop outside of his litter box, but maintaining a clean litter box has been enough to curb this behavior.

  • Favorite activities: Fluffy is a very chill cat and spends most of his day sleeping, eating, and drinking. He will definitely play with you if you initiate it, but he also keeps to himself without complaint.

  • Favorite treats and/or toys: I don't tend to give Fluffy treats very often, but I have yet to find a treat he does not enjoy. He especially likes those tubes of chicken/fish.

  • Unique personality traits: Fluffy is very much a chill guy who has been very happy to be off the street, but a little bit of the hardened street cat still comes through especially in how he sounds. His meows are very much more of "Meh" than they are a meow.

  • Ideal home: Ideally, I am looking for any loving home that will take Fluffy. I'm sure he would be just as happy to find a home with other animals, as well as being an only pet. As long as he can freely roam his home and can have a comfy space to lay, I'm sure he'd be the happiest cat out there. The only thing to keep in mind is that Fluffy is FIV+, but don’t let that hold you back! FIV isn’t contagious to humans or other animals, and can only be passed between cats through deep bite wounds.
