Hi, i’m tilley!

ABOUT :

  • Type Of Animal: Dog

  • Breed: unknown

  • Age: 9 months

  • Gender: Female

  • Up To Date On Vaccinations: Yes

  • Spayed/Neutered: Yes

  • Is your dog house trained: Yes and Crate Trianed

  • Energy level/ daily exercise needs: High (minimum 1.5-2 hours of vigorous exercise) – jogging/hiking partner with play time (most huskies)

  • Experience with and how well do they interact with children: Tilley is very excitable and I wouldn't recommend her to a family with young children. A family with teenagers would be acceptable for her energy and excitement level. Or a single person who is very active.

  • Experience with and how well do they interact with cats: Unknown.

  • Experience and how well do they interact with dogs: This is a mixed reaction. She's great with a friend's large female yellow lab who's and extremely laid back young dog but a first meeting with my daughters dogs, A very large male German Shepard and a large mixed female did not go well. She wasn't aggressive just overly excited which they may have not like on their turf.

  • Things need to work on: Tilley needs to work on both jumping and mouthing. She's fine in her crate when left alone. Following instructions(coming when called, stop barking or digging or pulling on leash is about 50/50 so those things will need some work. She very rarely has accidents in the house and when she does they're usually my fault.

  • Favorite activities: She loves running, chasing toys, walks and is really good at frisbee.

  • Favorite treats and/or toys: She loves!!!! treats and is very treat motivated. Pizza crust, chicken and peanut butter are favorite people foods. She also loves tearing up stuffy toys so hard durable toys are best(Kong etc.).

  • Unique personality traits: Tilley isn't super cuddly during the day but is very snuggly at night and wants to sleep pressed up against me. She's kind of obsessed with birds, watching them, stalking them. She also very curious about what I'm doing at all times so her nick name is Nosy Rosy. She passed puppy class at Petsmart and is good at sit, stay, shake and lay down.

  • Ideal home: I think a busy home with older kids and another larger slightly 1-3 years older dog. I probably wouldn't recommend a cat or young children. I'm sure with additional training and more active owners Tilley will be a very good dog.
